Ceramic Tube
Ceramic Tube, full name metal ceramic lined composite tube. A manufacturing craft that using high technology. Sintering at high temperature. This tube made of corundum ceramic, transition layer and steel from inner to outer. The ceramic layer is made to Al2O3 at over 2200°C, becoming a firm combination through the transition layer to steel tube.
Because Ceramic Tube's steel layer has good strength, toughness, shock proof and good welding performance. Moreover, corundum ceramic layer has high hardness, good abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant and good heat resistant. Getting over the low hardness of steel tube, bad abrasion resistant and bad toughness of ceramic problems. Therefore, composite tube can use on transport particale materials, grinding with corrosion medium. Ceramic tube widely be used on electricity, mining, steel, cement and chemical industries. The ceramic tube using effect is very ideal. It can replace alloy tube and cast iron.

1. Good Abrasion Resistant
Ceramic composite tube's inner layer are made of a-Al2O3, its hardness can reach 9.0 (over HRC90). Therefore, metallurgy, electricity, mining and coal industries, all of them using high abrasion resistant transporting grindability medium. After industrial operation, its abrasion assistant ability is ten times more than hardened steel.
2. Low Operation Drag
Because SHS Ceramic composite tube inner surface smoothe and will not be rust and has no helix pattern. After concerned deparment tested against to surface roughness and water drag, the result coefficient of inner surface is 0.0193, lower than seamless tube but superior than most of metal tube.
3. Corrosion Resistant and Anti-Scaling
The steel ceramic layer is a-AL2O3, neutral properties. In hence, it has corrosion resistant and anti-scaling properties.
4. Heat Resistant and Good Thermal-Shock Assistant
The a-Al2O3 is single stable crystalline structure. Therefore, composite tube can normarlly operate between -50 to 700℃. Material linear expansion coefficient is 6-8x10-6/0C, approximately half of steel tube. The materials have good heat stability.
5. Low Porject Cost
Ceramic composite tube light weight and suitable price. In the same inner diameter, lighter 50% than cast stome tube and lighter 20% to 30% than abrasion resistant alloy tube. Furthermore, because of its abrasion and corrosion ressitant, has longer service life. The cost of the project can be effectively reduce.

Because this tube's weight is light and has good welding properties. It can be welding, flange and quick connection. Installing and constructing faster and cost lower.
