Ceramic Plate (Piece)'s Superiority
1. High Hardness
Abrasion resistant ceramic plate's Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, second only to diamond. Far more than the wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Good Abrasion Resistant
After measurment, ceramic plate's abrasion resistant is 266 times more than manganese steel and 171.5 times more than high chromium cast iron. In the same working condition, it can extend 10 times service life at least.
3. Light Weight
The density is 3.6~3.9g/cm3, only half of steel. It can substaintially reduce equipment burden.
